I stayed a nite here on my birthday and I cannot hope for more. It is a very very nice hotel. I love their decor in the lobby and room. So classy, so exclusive, so clean. The room is small but they decorate it so elegant that looks like a five star hotel room. The location is very good too, surrounded by restaurants, souvenir shops, nitelife places nearby and about 15min walk to Kuta beach.
The staffs I met in lobby, corridor, elevator, parking lot (yes, they have it!) and even their security are very friendly from the time I check in till the time I check out. I remember how they stop taxi for me, record the taxi number.. Wow!! It’s like 5 stars hotel service. Awesome! Their downpoint is only for ants in the bathroom. Other than that, I am satisfied with this hotel service and would highly recommend it!! Keep up the good job!!
